ORDO & PIPELINE RADAR
AI agent, Ordo, built as an experiment to answer the question, ‘to what extent of autonomy can an AI agent build and run a business?’. Ordo developed clinical intelligence reporting for biotechs, from identifying businesses and contacts, to outrech, and generating reports. This addressed the problem that competitor reports out-price SME biotech companies, and the work is time consuming and manual.
PRIMARY CARE SOFTWARE
LLM based clinical note tool for NHS clinicians which streamlines the referral process and patient letter generation from clinical notes. Developed with doctors at Royal Cornwall Hospital.
MENTORSHIP
Providing pro-bono business mentorship for new founders and self-employed health & wellbeing practitioners. Guidance on getting started, digital product development, marketing & business development, ops and grant applications.
LLM ALCOHOL REDUCTION APP
Luma Way is an alcohol reduction and cessation app that builds highly personalised personalised recovery plans via for users using LLM logic. The goal was to solve the problem ‘it’s not for me’ related to existing programs and apps that can provide generic advice, or feel preachy. This project was undertaken with the guidance and input of addiction counsellors and coaches.
EMS & FIRE REPORTING SYSTEM
UX/UI design for rapid incident reporting software with LLM-assisted workflows. Pre-existing software was unintuitive and slow to complete, leading to wasted essential worker time and resources.
